The objective of The Lodge Treasurer is to enable any member to act as Lodge Treasurer without worrying too much about the bookkeeping.

The Treasurer is elected by the members annually and his key responsibilty is to manage the Lodge's financial affairs.
Specific responsibilities are laid down in both The Book of Constitutions and in his Lodge By-laws
